The presented article reveals the problem of pedagogical diagnostics of fire training of officers of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The system of pedagogical diagnostics of firepower training of future officers in the military educational organization of higher education is analyzed and compared with the system of formation of the military specialist serving in primary officer positions. The modernization of the system of pedagogical diagnostics of fire training and the inclusion of the component of psychological stability in it was proposed. The available scientific developments in the field of creating the target environment were analyzed. The potential for the implementation of immersion technologies (immersive technologies) in the process of fire training of the military personnel of the National Guard was analyzed. The safety characteristics of the use of augmented reality technologies in the system of training military personnel in shooting in real combat conditions were given
