Due to the fact that the process of sports training in gymnastic sports is quite laborious and includes a large number of types of training of athletes, such as general and special physical, technical, choreographic, jumping, acrobatic, competitive, it is necessary to find such methods and means that could reduce the time of preparation and development of new technical actions. The purpose of this study is to determine the means that optimize the educational and training process of student-athletes engaged in sports aerobics in a non-core university. It discusses the possibility of using the associated effects of coordination and technical training. We conducted an empirical study and analyzed its results on this issue
