METHOD OF DEVELOPING THE ABILITY FOR BALANCE AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE TECHNIQUE OF KICKING IN TAEKWONDO
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Loss of balance in the taekwondo fight is one of the main mistakes in teaching kicking techniques, as the athlete becomes vulnerable to the opponent's attack. The article gives the assessment of the effectiveness of the introduction of the methodology for developing balance abilities in the training process of taekwondo athletes aged 10-12 years old. The materials of our research indicate that at the stage of initial training, the training process can be carried out both according to the traditional program developed by the coaching staff of the sports school, and according to experimental technology. However, in favor of the effectiveness of the experimental technique, much greater significant qualitative increase in the dynamics of indicators and abilities for balance, and technical preparedness in terms of kicks testifies. The dynamics of the research results established by us is an objective basis for targeted pedagogical influences in the training process
