The purpose of the study is to identify key problems and barriers that hinder the successful organization of events, as well as to develop recommendations for its improvement. Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature have been employed, along with comparison, surveys, and questionnaires. The validation of the research results was conducted among experts, coaches, and organizers of mas-wrestling at the "Modun" sports complex. Research results and conclusions. Recommendations have been formulated to enhance the quality of the organization of competitions. The results obtained demonstrated an undeniable potential for the development of mas-wrestling in the region and the necessity of comprehensive efforts to improve the quality of organizing mas-wrestling competitions.
