Improving the physical fitness level of female students in the main health group based on the methods of physical education and wellness technologies: partner yoga

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of partner yoga practices and their impact on the physical fitness level of second-year female students in the main health group. Research methods and organization. An analysis of scientific and methodological literature dedicated to the study of the effects of yoga on practitioners was conducted, along with a pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. The identified yoga techniques in pairs were tested on second-year female students of the main health group at KubSAU. Research results and conclusions. The obtained results indicate the advantages of practicing yoga in pairs compared to solo yoga sessions, which allows for the conclusion regarding the feasibility of incorporating partner exercises into the educational process of the discipline 'Elective Courses in Physical Culture and Sports: Fitness'.
