During the session, they were required to hold a static kiba-dachi stance for 15 seconds in turn. The video recordings of this test were analyzed using a cyber program. Research results. Despite the fact that performing the kiba-dachi exercise (rider's stance) proved to be challenging for the majority of the study participants, the authors recommend it for inclusion in physical education classes at higher educational institutions.
