Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to study internal school models of teacher professionalism development in the context of an innovation-rich educational environment of the school, as well as to analyze contemporary approaches and technologies that contribute to enhancing the professional competence of educators. Research methods and organization. The work uses the methods of analysis of scientific literature, systematization and generalization of pedagogical experience, as well as the study of the practices of introducing innovative models of professional development of teachers in educational organizations. The study is based on the analysis of dissertations, scientific articles and regulatory documents that regulate the processes of developing the professional skills of teachers. Research results and conclusions. The key internal school models for the development of teacher professionalism have been identified, such as tutoring support, the curatorial model, mentoring, as well as adaptive and individualized educational trajectories. Internal school models of professional development for teachers, based on individualization, tutoring support, and mentoring, contribute to the enhancement of teachers' professional competence and their readiness for innovative activities.
