Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to justify the concept of integral training for athletes within the system of long-term sports training. Research methods and organization. The method of theoretical research was used to analyze the concepts of integral training in literary sources. Research results. The concept of integral training in the system of long-term sports training has been developed. The leading idea of the concept is the formation, improvement, and preservation of connections between types of sports training: physical, technical, tactical, and psychological – within the system of long-term sports training. In working with athletes, two parts have been identified – analytical and integral, and their relationship at a specific stage of athlete preparation is presented. Goals and objectives have been formulated, and means and methods of integral training for each stage of the long-term training process have been justified. Criteria for the integral preparedness of athletes at each stage have been defined, indicating the productivity of the integral training of athletes. Conclusions: 1) a concept of integral training in sports has been developed; 2) the relationship between the analytical and integral components in the training process at each stage of long-term sports training has been substantiated; 3) a generalized conceptual model of integral training in sports has been presented, which includes: tasks, means, methods, and criteria for integral training at each stage of long-term sports training.
