The purpose of the study – to determine the features of organizing the training process for sports reserves in kickboxing at different stages of preparation. Research methods and organization: Research methods include theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, surveys of kickboxing coaches, and summarization of pedagogical research results. The studies were conducted from September 2024 to December 2024 at the sports club "Siberian Bear" in the city of Omsk. Research results and conclusions. The pedagogical focus of working with children and adolescents has been identified, the advantages of analytical and situational methods at different stages of kickboxers' training have been determined, and the importance of functional situational planning by the coach has been emphasized.
