The purpose of the study – to demonstrate the features of the physical education and health technology that involves conducting comprehensive training sessions for female university students, taking into account the characteristics of the female body. Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaire surveys, pedagogical experiments, analysis of academic performance and attendance, and mathematical methods were employed. The developed technology was tested in the process of physical education for university female students. Research results and conclusions. The increase in physical fitness levels identified during the study, particularly in the strength test for abdominal muscles and the flexibility test, along with improved attendance at classes, indicates the positive impact of the applied technology on the female body and an increased interest among female students in physical education and sports. The results obtained allow for the conclusion regarding the feasibility of incorporating comprehensive educational and training sessions, which include two types of general physical training, a popular sport – table tennis, and exercises from modern health systems such as Pilates and yoga into the educational process for female students.
