The article discusses the issues of scientific justification, development, and implementation of inclusive elective physical education courses for students of Kazan National Research Technological University. The purpose of the study is to scientifically justify, develop, and experimentally test a model of inclusive elective physical education courses for students of Kazan National Research Technological University. Research methods and organization. A comprehensive analysis of existing physical education programs was conducted using expert assessment methods. Based on the comprehensive analysis of theoretical sources and empirical data, an experimental model for organizing educational and training sessions was proposed, taking into account the specific needs of students with disabilities from various nosological groups. Research results and conclusions. The conducted pedagogical research using valid diagnostic methods demonstrated a statistically significant positive trend in the indicators of physical fitness, social adaptation, and academic motivation of the participants in the experimental group. The scientifically substantiated results obtained can be used to improve educational programs in adaptive physical culture at higher educational institutions.
