The issue of subjectivism in assessing the performance of military personnel in physical exercises

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the necessity for the development of a methodology for evaluating and establishing normative requirements for physical exercises aimed at the development of the physical quality of strength. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of regulatory documents and scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. The aspects of subjectivism in the evaluation of physical exercises encountered by fitness professionals under the influence of external and internal factors have been identified. The pathways for minimizing subjectivism in assessing the physical fitness of military personnel have been revealed, along with suggestions for further developments.
