Development and implementation of pedagogical and psychological methods for supporting young athletes with hearing impairments in the educational and training process

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop and test a model of educational and psychological support for young athletes with hearing impairments engaged in team sports. Research methods and organization. Theoretical, empirical, and experimental methods were employed, including surveys, testing, observation, and data analysis. The developed methodology was tested and implemented in the training process of the basketball department group of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Rostov Region "Paralympic Adaptive Sports School No. 27," involving 67 athletes aged 14 to 20. Research results and conclusions. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the physical, technical-tactical, and psychological preparedness of athletes in the experimental group. The implementation of visual and tactile teaching aids, individual approaches, and psychological support contributed to the comprehensive development of athletes and their successful integration into the sports and social environment. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the developed model, which can be used to optimize the training process and the socialization of athletes with hearing impairments.
