Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop a technology for utilizing exercise blocks and to justify the effectiveness of its implementation in physical education and health activities for preparing to pass the standards of the "Unarmed Self-Defense" test for the fifth age group within the framework of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense". Research methods and organization. The study was conducted at the Municipal Budgetary General Education Institution. The control group engaged in traditional training technology, while the experimental group followed a developed technology utilizing exercise blocks. The primary methods of research included theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory legal acts; pedagogical testing; educational experimentation; and mathematical-statistical analysis of the obtained results. Research results and conclusions. A technology for utilizing exercises aimed at preparing girls aged 14-15 for passing the standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Unarmed Self-Defense" has been developed. The technology consists of three blocks. The results obtained indicated that the level of physical fitness of participants in the experimental group averaged a score of 10.8 points.
