The personnel potential of Yakutia: barriers and opportunities in the pedagogical education system

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to analyze the key issues and prospects for the development of pedagogical education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), taking into account its unique regional characteristics. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, statistical analysis, expert evaluation, comparative analysis, and generalization. Research results and conclusions. The main challenges have been identified: geographical remoteness, a multicultural environment, staffing shortages, and insufficient material and technical resources. Strategic measures to overcome them have been proposed: the implementation of distance learning technologies, the development of ethnocultural educational programs, and the strengthening of the role of the federal university and colleges in teacher training. It is concluded that a comprehensive approach, combining traditions and innovations, is necessary to ensure the sustainable development of pedagogical education in the region.
