Sport today has received worldwide attention in terms of a factor contributing to the social and personal changes of an athlete. In order to study value orientations among boys, girls and teenagers, a block of questions was developed, which was included in the scientific research within the framework of the Phygitalsport festival in St. Petersburg in 2023, where students of a sports university, high school students who are fans of the esports direction and professional esports athletes took part. The results of the study showed that the expression of values of real and virtual space among young people is different. The values studied differ by age groups of boys and boys, girls and girls. It is important to take the results of the study into account when developing programs that allow forming value orientations in the process of educating and preparing young athletes for competitions.
