The article presents a study on the development of a model for effectively developing the readiness of future teachers to work on designing a psychologically safe educational environment (PSES) at a university. The model consists of blocks that are introduced into the educational process step by step and sequentially. The criterion-level scale of the model for the formation of the readiness of future teachers for the activities of designing an environmental protection system contributes to the implementation of the principle of consistency, ensuring the controllability of the process of professional training through control, analysis of the results of assessing the levels of formation and timely correction of the process of professional training of students for the activities of designing an environmental protection system.
