Motivational conditioning of students in the framework of mass physical education classes

Abstract (English):
The article examines the motivational conditioning of students and its structural elements, which affect the increase in attendance at physical education classes. The factors and aspects that can favorably affect mass sports are also described. The analysis of the motives of students, which are already used in practice and bring a positive effect, is carried out. An empirical study was conducted among students of 1-2 courses of the Samara State University of Economics. The results of the study allowed us to identify the so-called "growth zones". New elements of students' motivation have also been identified, which can influence attendance at physical education classes. The importance of the elements of motivational conditioning that young people already have and which of these factors are most effective is analyzed. Hypotheses have been formulated on the use of new motivational elements and their expected effectiveness. Based on the results obtained, the vectors of the development of teaching the discipline "Physical culture and sport" in higher educational institutions are determined.
