Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to identify effective ways to increase the level of physical performance of students based on the use of sports with increased difficulty of motor coordination. The study was based on the study of the methodology of conducting classes on the development and improvement of speed, strength and strength qualities, as well as special endurance by means of cheerleading, fencing and polyathlon. Physical activity in the main part of the lesson in the range of 114-144 beats/min contributed to an increase in the level of functional capabilities of students and an increase in the volume of dynamic exercises. The pedagogical tests studied during the experiment for changes in the level of physical fitness and functional state of full-time students of 1-3 courses were characterized by reliability and informativeness as control standards, and were used twice per semester.
