Physical activity is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, especially for students. One of the effective ways to maintain physical performance is rope skipping. This type of training allows you to develop endurance, strength and flexibility, and also improves coordination and cardiovascular system. The article presents a study on the use of rope skipping during classes with students of Astrakhan State Medical University. It is proved that the use of rope skipping in physical education classes is effective and can be successfully applied in variable classes.
