The article reveals the definition of the concept of pedagogical hydro-rehabilitation. Brief characteristics of modern trends in the development of pedagogical hydro-rehabilitation in the field of sports, vocational education, science, and pedagogy are presented. As a result of many years of pedagogical research (1998-2021), the teaching staff of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Hydro-rehabilitation of the Institute of Adaptive Physical Culture and the Department of Theory and Methodology of Swimming at the swimming pool of P.F. Lesgaft National State University, St. Petersburg, scientifically substantiated the content of the concept of pedagogical hydro-rehabilitation.
