Didactic tools for designing students-athletes’ individual professionally oriented trajectory

Abstract (English):
The specificity of students-athletes’ educational process is indicated in the article as an integrative system including the interaction of various types of activities (educational, sports, training, competitive), which, in the absence of effective pedagogical solutions, tends to lose the integrity of connections and relationships aimed at obtaining a high-quality result in professional training. The expediency of designing and implementing an individual professionally oriented trajectory of students in a sports university is substantiated. The essence is presented and the choice of students-athletes’ individual professionally oriented trajectory from the position of professionalization and self-development is grounded here. The key role of the teacher in providing pedagogical assistance to students at all stages of an individual professionally oriented trajectory implementation, providing an informed choice of the most optimal didactic means is outlined. The essence of the concept of «designing a student-athlete’s professionally oriented trajectory» is shown. The didactic tools of designing a student-athlete’s professionally oriented trajectory are revealed in a meaningful way: an interactive roadmap of the discipline, a map of formative assessment and professionally oriented tasks for independent work. According to the delayed results, the implementation of an individual professionally oriented trajectory is a factor in improving the quality of the educational process of students of a sports university. The identified and tested set of didactic tools can serve as a basis for practical recommendations development for university teachers.
