The relevance of the study is due to the social and industry order for the formation of a railway engineer of a new format: a technical specialist capable of carrying out professional targeting, while internalizing the values and corporate culture of Russian Railways OJSC. In this regard, the authors carried out search work aimed at studying the potential of the educational environment of a transport university, in which it is possible to form a range of corporate competencies in a future engineer, while acquiring and increasing his human capital. According to the results of the study effective methodological foundations, methods and forms of forming corporate competencies of a future engineer in the process of his professional training were developed – a unique model of interiorization of goals, principles and values of the Company’s corporate culture. The results of the search work are presented, which made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the designed and implemented model of the educational process of the university, which allows the future engineer to become a full-fledged part of the Company’s team, taking into account his own professional and personal intentions.
