Abstract (English):
Individualization in modern society is one of the key concepts affecting various areas of life. Likewise, the modern educational space strives for a commitment to high-quality teacher training in the conditions of continuous additional professional pedagogical education. Purpose of the study. Unleash the potential of personalized professional development tracks for teachers as a way to individualize educational activities. The results of the study were obtained through generalization and comprehension of the experience of one’s own teaching activities as a higher education teacher. A personalized professional development track provides an effective and organic combination of theory and practice, allowing you to develop personal potential, improve the professional competence of teachers and achieve high results in their field of activity.
