The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of developing stress resilience in students through martial arts training. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, testing. Research results and conclusions. It was found that regular martial arts training contributes to the formation of an internal reserve of resources necessary for successful adaptation to stress, which is particularly important under the conditions of modern intensive academic workloads.
