The article presents a study on physical training in martial arts. Physical training for those involved in sports is complex. On the basis of the studied data, the author suggested that the physical preparation of young judo players should be based on the development of strength skills, which will have a positive impact on the speed of movement, the manifestation of various types of endurance and coordination skills.
