Development of methods for improving the adaptive abilities of the cardio- respiratory system for people enrolled in higher education

Abstract (English):
The article reflects the issues of the need to develop a methodology for improving the adaptive capabilities of a cadet's body who entered a higher military educational institution in order to further successfully adapt to a new environment and fully assimilate educational material, as well as correctly perform their professional and official duties. For a full-fledged life of a cadet within the walls of a higher military educational institution, it is necessary to select the optimal types of physical activity that will increase the adaptive capabilities of the body of cadets. In addition, it is necessary to develop recommendations on the choice of the type and intensity of physical activity, which allows to improve the quality of adaptive changes in the cardio-respiratory system. The article defines a type of physical activity, through which it is possible to cause a positive effect on the functioning of the cardio-respiratory system. A competent selection of physical activity can improve the physical and psycho-emotional state of the human body, thereby having a positive effect on the functional state of the cardio-respiratory system. This will facilitate the passage of the adaptation period in a new environment.
