Features of the implementation of the method of special endurance taking into account the regulation of physical load of novice athletes

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the use of specific means of physical training for the development of special endurance in beginners in SAMBO classes. The emphasis is placed on the use of exercises with external weights and the rationing of physical activity to increase the effectiveness of the development of physical potential. The importance of individualization of physical norms in sports, taking into account the functional capabilities of the body, is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the planning and organization of the training process. The article presents the results of the study. The experiment demonstrated changes in overall and performance indicators of strength, as well as in the potential for the development of strength qualities. The most effective methods for the development of special endurance in SAMBO have been determined. The issue of introducing the methodology of the physical norm, which will allow determining individual load standards for beginners in sports, is considered.
