Dependence of the development of endurance on the number of practical exercises in the discipline "Physical Education" among 1st and 2nd year students
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The dynamics of endurance as one of the most important physical qualities for students of 1-2 courses for a period of 14 years is studied. The dynamics of the quantity of academic hours allocated to practical classes of 1st and 2nd year students were investigated. The 1st year male students from 2016 to 2022, and the 2nd year male students from 2014 to 2022 had a consistent significant deterioration in the indicators of endurance development. It is proved that the reduction of academic hours for 1st year students allocated for practical training in physical culture leads to a significant decrease in endurance. The increase in academic hours for practical classes for 2nd year students and their decrease leads to a significant decrease in endurance by the end of the academic year.
