Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on finding opportunities for significant improvement in the level of physical activity among students using tools from the arsenal of digital technologies and a gamified approach, applied in everyday physical education and health activities. The potential effectiveness of using digital technologies and a gamified approach in increasing the level of independent physical activity among young people throughout the day is demonstrated.
