On the issue of optimizing the educational process in physical education at a technical university

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the issues of organizing the educational and training process of sports-oriented volleyball groups in a technical university. The main difficulties of implementing the curriculum, the specific features of interactions within the student body, the formation of a motivational and value attitude to sports activities are revealed. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the construction of the educational and training process must be built using pedagogical technologies based on the harmonization of all elements of physical culture and sports training, taking into account the specifics of university conditions: limited opportunities for training sessions, the use of study groups to form a reserve and the possibility of gaining physical fitness for and practicing team interactions during educational and training games.
