The article presents a study on the implementation of a professional development program for specialists in comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled individuals using information and communication technologies. The developed modules, which form the educational program for comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled individuals, allowed learners to study independently during their free time from their main work. Video lectures and practical video sessions facilitated an interactive learning environment. The use of digital technologies in the professional education system for specialists in comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled individuals enables timely monitoring and adjustment of the educational process, as well as contributes to the development of digital and information literacy among professionals. This training format has revealed shortcomings in the training of specialists in comprehensive rehabilitation who implement a unified individual rehabilitation or habilitation program for disabled individuals, but who have specific needs related to their departmental affiliation. This justifies further optimization of additional professional education for this category, with the aim of creating a personalized professional educational path using artificial intelligence technologies.
