The results of using TRX training in developing the strength abilities of mature women
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on the development of a technique that allows individualizing physical activity and targeting various stabilizer muscles of mature women through TRX training during group classes in a fitness club. It was found that when conducting TRX training according to the experimental method twice a week for three months, the relative strength and power endurance of the stabilizer muscles increased significantly in comparison with those trained according to the generally accepted method in TRX training. This is accompanied by less variability in changes in relative strength and power endurance, which indicates a more uniform effect on the stabilizer muscles. The general physical performance of women in the course of the experiment did not change and remained satisfactory.
