Integrative-disciplinary approach to the design of the technology of professionally productive training of cadets of military educational institutions of the National Guard of Russia

Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on structuring knowledge about the possibilities of an integrative-disciplinary approach in improving the productivity of professional training for cadets in military educational institutions of the National Guard. The research approach is based on the application of interdisciplinary integration methodology. It has been established that solving the relevant task of designing technologies for professional-productive training necessitates the use of an integrative-disciplinary approach to the formation of military-professional competencies for cadets in military educational institutions of the Russian National Guard. The implementation of the integrative-disciplinary approach methodology ensures the development of professional thinking, the ability to assess one's own and partner's actions, the formation of experience in interdisciplinary communications, reasoned discussions, collective decision-making, and provides the foundation for studying subsequent disciplines by cadets in military educational institutions of the National Guard.
