The preparation of a future competitive specialist, in demand in the labor market, is determined by the formation of motivation for professional activity. In this regard, the importance of pedagogical support for such formation in future specialists becomes significant. Theoretical analysis and pedagogical experimentation have allowed the authors of the article to justify the development of a model for pedagogical support in motivation formation and to demonstrate its effectiveness in the educational process for preparing specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
