The article presents a study on the issue of diversification of continuous additional professional physical education for pedagogical workers. A conceptual model of continuous additional professional physical education for pedagogical workers has been developed, based on the analysis of research results regarding the nature and direction of professional activity, education, qualifications, place of residence, age, and work experience. The diversified model allows for the representation of regularities that are determined by the interdependence between positive changes in continuous professional education and the conditions of its implementation during the stage of professional development for pedagogical workers.
