Motivation for achievement as a determinant of resilience in young professionals

Abstract (English):
In the conditions of modern life, young professionals encounter a large number of stressful situations that require them to be able to cope with them and maintain psychological resilience. In this regard, the study of the phenomenon of resilience remains relevant and important for contemporary society, as it helps people develop adaptation skills and overcome difficulties. An important psychological determinant that influences the level of resilience in a young specialist is achievement motivation. The article presents a study on determining the level of resilience development and achievement motivation among young professionals with work experience ranging from six months to three years, young teachers, and novice practical psychologists. A significant positive correlation was found between the overall level of resilience and achievement motivation.
