On the issue of improving the individual physical fitness of students of military training centers

Abstract (English):
The study analyzes the results of passing physical training standards by students of the experimental group of the military training center at the Omsk State Technical University in the process of mastering the basic professional educational program, as well as after active pedagogical influence on it through the creation of exclusive conditions. The Program for the development of physical qualities and military-applied skills of students of military training centers is presented as pedagogical conditions. The effectiveness of the presented Program was confirmed in the dynamic growth of the results of the fulfilled standards for physical training, the deployment of the R-142N radio station and the laying of the P-274 field cable in the process of passing planned training sessions by students on the basis of one of the military units. Proposals are formulated to solve the identified problems at the level of interdisciplinary relations on the basis of an integrated approach to the educational process of the future military specialist in the context of reforming military education in civilian universities. Such pedagogical impact contributes to increasing the level of individual physical fitness of students, the formation of some universal competencies in students in accordance with their job purpose, and in the long term - the prevention of diseases, maintaining a healthy body, improving the quality of life, and maintaining long-term performance.
