The article is dedicated to the issues of improving the physical fitness of young men of pre-conscription age through various fitness methods. As is known, the fitness industry offers various types of training that contribute not only to the development of physical qualities but also to their enhancement. The article presents exercise complexes developed by the authors, which were used during the experiment, and their effectiveness was determined. It was established that significant improvements occurred in all tests, but the highest results were noted in strength-oriented tests.
