The article presents a set of exercises based on yoga asanas, which is adapted for inclusion in the training process of girls of 7-8 years old in figure skating and will contribute to the effective development of mobility in the hip joints in athletes at the training stage of training, which will allow mastering high-amplitude spirals. The results of the work can be applied in the training process of figure skaters of training groups.
