Psychological and pedagogical support as an innovative direction in the training of young educators

Abstract (English):
The article discusses issues related to psychological and pedagogical support for young educators. An effective form of psychological support is considered to be a program aimed at developing important professional qualities for educators. It was revealed that initially, according to the indicators of professional competence, young educators had an average and below average level. It was found that the results of the studied indicators significantly improved after conducting developmental classes on psychological and pedagogical support, and there were no statistically significant differences between the studied groups of respondents (experienced educators and young educators), which proves the effectiveness of the proposed program.
