Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of using karate-based technologies in developing physical culture and professional physical fitness among students pursuing the program 44.03.05 Pedagogical Education (Physical Culture – Life Safety). Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. The developed complex was tested in the process of extracurricular activities of students engaged in the sports and wellness group "all-style karate" at Irkutsk State University. Research results and conclusions. In all-style karate, the manifestation of work capacity is expressed in the variety of tactical and technical actions during the execution of competitive exercises, the maintenance of concentration, and other qualities, taking into account the physical fitness of students. Exercise complexes aimed at increasing work capacity have proven their effectiveness in the process of forming the professional physical preparedness of students. It has been determined that indicators of work capacity efficiency in all-style karate are an important factor in the formation of physical culture and professional physical work capacity of university students.
