The article analyzes inclusive innovative technologies of training of personnel of duty dispatching services 01 (DDS 01) of the 112 system by correspondence with the use of modern remote technologies. The subject of the study was the training of personnel of the DDS system «112» with the use of inclusive innovative remote technologies. The purpose of the work is to find the optimal improvement and acquisition of new competence necessary for professional activity, and professional development within the existing qualifications of dispatching personnel when performing tasks of the 112 system of the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty of the presented work consists of a study of the distance learning system, in particular, practical classes conducted using remote automated places of hardware and software functionality with unified special software «112» (USPO-112). The proposed training will allow for the shortest possible time and effectively train practical workers of dispatching services of the 112 system from among persons with a limited state of health
