CIRCULAR TRAINING AS ONE OF THE DISCIPLINES OF CHOICE AMONG UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OF THE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract:
Introduction Circular training, in its modem sense, has many advantages and deserves the widest study in the educational process of students. Methodology and organization of the study - the experiment involved students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports (n-26) and students of the 1st year, non-sports faculty (n-21). The time of the experiment is the entire period of 2 semesters. The circular training program consisted of multidirectional exercises that comprehensively affect various muscle groups or motor abilities. The results of the study and their discussion - the final testing carried out at the end of the semester showed significant, statistically significant differences with the results of the incoming control, both among students of FFKiS and students of non-sports faculties. The lower results recorded in comparison with students of non-sports faculties are due, first of all, to a fairly high baseline level of physical fitness of students of the sports faculty. Conclusions - the results of the experiment showed that circular training has a number of advantages over other forms of training with students of both sports and non-sports specialties. The results of the pedagogical experiment show that methodically correctly organized circular training allows you to strictly regulate and individualize the load relative to the state of the body of the participants
