Abstract:
The unity of music and aesthetics of movements of dance compositions aerobics, used in the course of training in the higher education system, have a positive impact not only on the physical and aesthetic education of students, but also contribute to the formation of their aesthetic potential. The organization of distance learning at all levels of education, including higher education, is an important component of the modern educational process. The article contains the results of finding ways to form and realize the aesthetic potential of students in the educational process at the Aerobics specialization. Introduction. During the period of study at the university, aesthetic education of students is carried out through educational subjects, including in aerobics classes. One of the important means of aerobics is music, which fills classes with aesthetic content, supports interest, facilitates the formation of a system of aesthetic views and relationships. Music has the ability to directly influence the emotional state, forming the aesthetic culture of students, educates their creative, motor and psychological abilities. Effective disclosure of aesthetic potential implies full perception of the subject under study by students, expressiveness and artistry of movements, development of aesthetic feelings, aesthetic taste, figurative thinking, that is, the formation of elements of aesthetic culture. The purpose of the study finding ways to form and realize the aesthetic potential of students in the educational process at the Aerobics specialization in a higher educational institution. The methodology and organization of the study. Analysis of scientific literature on the topic of research, pedagogical survey in the form of questionnaires, pedagogical observation, methods of mathematical processing of results. The study was conducted at the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of Peter the Great Polytechnic University. Research results and discussion. Criteria have been developed for assessing the level of aesthetic potential of students when performing creative tasks. The pedagogical principles of the formation of the aesthetic culture of student youth were considered. Conclusions. 1. The survey results confirmed the influence of music as an important means of influencing the emotional, psychological state of students, and the formation of aesthetic potential. 2. The formation of aesthetic potential, the effectiveness of its disclosure by students largely depend on the organization of educational activities
