ABOUT PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN A SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The existing system of physical education in universities with 1-2 classes per week in junior courses does not provide the necessary physical activity of students of a special medical group. The purpose of the study. To show the necessity of organizing the educational process for physical education of students in a special educational department for the entire period of study at the university. Heart rate monitoring was performed before the start of classes in 103 female students of the 1-2 courses of a special medical group in April-May 2022 with registration in the protocols. Classes were held according to the academic schedule 2 times a week from 8, 10 and 12 o'clock. Before counting the pulse, the students rested sitting for at least 5 minutes. In the protocols, the heart rate of the female students was recorded 931 times, of which 50% of the pulse counts were in the range from 81 to 100 beats per minute, and 10% of the counts were expressed in numbers above 100 beats. The analysis of heart rate in female students of a special medical group before the start of classes showed an unsatisfactory level of training of the heart muscle in most of them, moreover, high heart rate was noted both in female students with congenital malformations and in persons with myopia, scoliosis, flat feet and other health abnormalities. Such students need physical activity not only in junior courses, but throughout the entire period of study at the university. The organization of the physical activity they need should begin with the formation of study groups from the 1st year, from persons with disabilities in the state of health. Conclusions. Guided by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 245 of April 6, 2021, which entered into force on September 1, 2022, universities are allowed to form study groups from the beginning of training from persons with health abnormalities, which will allow these groups to plan physical education classes at least 3-4 times a week lasting 45 minutes for the entire training period. Additional hours in the Curriculum will not be required, 400 hours determined by the State Standard will be sufficient
