ANALYSIS OF THE PERCEPTION OF MODERN STUDENTS OF NEW APPROACHES TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract:
Purpose of the study. The purpose of this study is to search for new approaches to the organization of the educational process in teaching the subjects of "Physical Education" and "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports”, the formation of a significant motivation for physical culture and sports, the education of a responsible attitude to one’s health among digital Generation Z. Materials and methods. Analysis of the existing experience of teaching the academic discipline "Physical culture" in the universities of Moscow. The following methods were used: pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, questioning and data analysis. Results. The analysis of the data obtained and their pedagogical interpretation in the course of the research allows us to draw conclusions about the sufficient effectiveness of the applied approaches in solving the identified tasks in the field of training and education of representatives of the digital generation. Conclusion. The significance of the functioning of specially selected methods of teaching the subjects "Physical culture" "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports" with the categories of students of the digital generation is confirmed by the fact that 93.5% of students noted their interest in studying these academic disciplines conducted in the form of gamification, 81.3% noted an improvement in mental qualities: long-term and operative memory, stability and distribution of attention improved communication skills and teamwork skills
