The article discusses the structure and content of the pedagogical model of differentiated training of chess players using individual tasks. This model includes: requirements for the preparedness of chess players; the purpose and objectives of their training; analysis of games; special game exercises; playing games with a condition. A significant place in the model under consideration is given to the formation of skills and playing skills of chess players in the process of differentiated training, using individual tasks. This model also includes: a system of differentiated training of chess players using individual tasks; forms, means and methods of training; patterns, principles of differentiated training of chess players and their reflection in individual tasks; the main content of differentiated training of chess players based on the development of individual tasks for them; development of cognitive abilities; high efficiency of competitive activity
