The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the parameters for regulating rapid recovery methods for non-professional combat sport athletes within the structure of a training session based on the analysis of scientific literature and the generalization of experimental data. Research methods and organization. A theoretical analysis of sources on the issue of recovery in combat sport and related sports was conducted, and the results of an original pedagogical experiment (involving combat sport athletes aged 19–22, with qualifications ranging from Category II to Candidate for Master of Sport) were summarized using methods of myotonometry, rheography, and psychophysiological testing (Romberg test, correction test, SAN method). Research results and conclusions. Three types of load in combat sport training have been identified (speed-strength, coordination-complex, aerobic). A system for standardizing recovery measures is proposed, including the composition of complexes, duration of use, and target recovery indicators. The effectiveness of the basic complex (voluntary muscle relaxation, breathing exercises, stretching, self-massage) has been experimentally confirmed: accelerated heart rate recovery, increased amplitude of 'tension-relaxation' of the quadriceps muscle, improved Romberg test results, corrective test results, and SAN methodology indicators. The proposed standardization system makes it possible to move from empirical use of recovery measures to their scientifically based application in the training process of non-professional combat athletes.
