The article examines the influence of physical culture on the level of stress resistance of a person. The results of the survey of students and the educational experiment are presented. Based on the data obtained, the potential possibilities of physical culture as a means of combating stress in the educational process at the university are revealed. The conclusions of the study are of practical importance in the physical education and health work with students.
